"Poor maintenance service, broken down A/C. Neighbors constantly moving in out. If you want something fixed or repaired. Don't expect it to be done anytime soon. Bedbug galore since it's been a issue for what seems like 2 yrs now? Unsure, but it's like living in jail. The smell of pot and other drugs is a concern. Smoking is not allowed to begin with. Elevator is constantly breaking down that if your wheelchair bond or crippled you could be stuck in your home for a couple of days. This place is very suspicious. Anytime hud announces arrival the will fix the rooms and place up. The outside walk way is horrible that all they due for traction is put out these nasty rugs that have collected water and mildew, that is from rain. If you get a package, make sure you watch for it coming carefully as neighbors have reported them stolen and or missing. Washing machines aren't even worth the trip downstairs, as they barely get the job done and need replacement. If you order anything in the mail, make damn sure you track it from the time it leaves and arrives. Because their is no security protecting it from being stolen. People have reported their packages missing and stolen in where management has done nothing about it other then to say to keep track of when it is to arrive and be home when it does. The security cameras strangely are places on side facing the elevator in where it can see any package thieves on that hall side, but the back halls have absolutely none."
