"They are hands down awesome people to go too. I called earlier this morning to see if they were able to fix my tire leak. Without hesitation they told me to come right in today. 20 mins later I brought my car to them and they took it in right away. They were done with everything within 20 mins. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. There service was prompt, professional and quick, even with me being a walk in without an apt. 10/10 definitely recommend this place, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you need your car worked on this is the place to go. Thank you for everything JT AUTO."

"I took my car into Jt Auto. I had spent $322 in parts, rotor, brake pads for the back , and an alternator , I needed an oil change, brake pads and rotors put on as well as the alternator. I was quoted $2-250. He called at 206 pm as it was going in, then called at 5pm and said it was done and it was gonna be $567!!! I picked up the car, paid the money. Now a weeklater, the brakes are slipping, and grinding and the rotor is fully rusted!! I had bought the best in parts , and bought the left side rotor from them. I am not pleased. They will not amswer.my.calls. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TAKE.YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED...IT COMES BACK WORSE THAN IT WAS."

"I had a total of 3 jobs done there, all three I felt they were doing me shady and today proved me right. I went in for a diagnose for my car , explained to them the wheels was wobbly and I can feel the change in my car especially when going down a hill. I gave a few things it could have been ( rotors, stereing, ball joints and etc).They insisted there absolutely nothing wrong with my car except the need of 4 new tires, then proceeded to show me parts on the car saying everything was okay. I feel they do this on purpose because they know I have no ideal what I'm looking at, this is their way of trying to persuade me they are honest. I then took the car to a different shop which happened to be owned by family they informed me it was my shocks / struts and rotors . Now Jt auto must have planned for me to get my tires there , just to end up back there again because the car needed more work then they admitted to. Your dishonest service to me could have caused an entire accident all for some extra dollars in your pocket. I am disgusted. Now I am certain that the other visits I made to you, I was correct about those as well. Yall shady"

"I rented a uhaul. I went pick up the truck. I did not expect ...to be greeted by a Rottweiler dog. .I am very afraid of dogs in certain situation. Automatically I have panic attack. Unfortunately the owner of building was disrespectful. He laughed. . This is not a way provide customer service. .. you have no way of knowing why someone is afraid of different things. You don't havehave right to laugh. I love dogs but in certain situations I'm afraid of others dogs because I have been bitten. The owner was very rude. Dogs can be unpredictable. I think the owner was very rude I will never do any business with them.."
