"I was very disappointed in the last visit my car need it and oil change and a battery. They charge me over $300. When I ask for an itemized bill, they charged me $167 for the battery and almost $70 fee for “testing” the battery. I asked them why they are testing a battery that’s supposed to be brand new and it’s supposed to be working. The answer did not satisfied my curiosity. When I ask for the old battery, they told me that they were going to charge me $25 because that is a “core” charge. If I will not take the battery, they will be charging me those $70 anyway. I did not have time for arguments or for taking the car to another shop. I pay them what they asked. BUT WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN ."
