"I recently had a flat and requested help to get my spare put on so I could drive to get a repair. AAA called upon A&M to help out. Brandon from A&M showed up within record time and put my spare on. The next morning after "repairing" the tire at a separate facility, I had another flat. Brandon again came to help out very quickly and was very helpful to suggest a few places to get my tire checked out/order a new set. Thank you for your help!"

"Got my Carco photo inspection through here for my insurance, they were the only place that was available to do it within 24hrs of calling, I had only 2 weeks to do it. Make sure to call and set up a time with them. All of the companies in Rochester that do Carco inspections did not have openings for about 2 and a half to 3 weeks out. These people were fast and very helpful."

"I dropped my car off for a transmission replacement/fix, and the entire process took 2 months before I got my car back. There was little to no communication as to what my car needed, or where it was in the process, or how long it was going to take before I could get it even looked at, or what parts it even needed in order to be fixed. Every time I called, they didn't know who I was or what my problem was, what my car was or what it was in for. One time I would call and they would say it was a simple fix, shouldn't take no longer than a week. Week after I called, they said that it was an entire transmission and I needed to replace. On top of that I needed to source all of my own parts, transmission included. Even though I don't have connections to where I could find one, I was doing most of the legwork in order to find the parts to repair it. And then when they finally got around to repairing it, I asked them if they could repair my brakes as well, they said yes, but never did. And to top it off, the transmission issue isn't fully fixed."
