"I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day. Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!! Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money"

"There work was great. Mind you my car had a little rock chip on the driver side a pillar. They painted the entire pillar and blended it beautifully. This was paid for by Tesla since it was a new delivery fix. I received the vehicle with a tiny sharp deep scratch on the same side the work was performed (but on the front fender) both Tesla and the paint body shop didn't take claim for it. Since I didn't catch it upon picking it up from tesla they're fighting me to repair it. Short story long I gave it 3 stars because the quote I received from Caldwell Collision was $2,828.88. Great work but Insanely over priced. My advice please shop around unless you've got way too much than you know what to do with or insurance is paying for it. "BEWARE!!!! I took my car here on February 5th and today is April 8th. My car was suppose to be a 6 week job, but boy they are so far off the mark with this one. I called today and was told it maybe another 2 weeks!!!!!! Thank goodness I have another car to drive, otherwise that would be almost 3 months paying for a rental car!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. They hardly have any information for you as far as the parts estimated time of arrival. I think they say this to buy time. I feel like my car is being held hostage and there’s nothing I can do, but wait. The women who answer the phone are nice, so that’s what the one star is for. I wish I didn’t have to give any at all. Please stay away from this particular location (the one on hwy 74) and don’t forget to check out their yelp reviews as well."

"I was very fortunate to have stumbled upon Mr. Caldwell and his crew. I had a new Silverado that was severely damaged by a young reckless driver during an ice storm in Monroe. It was deemed to be just south of being totaled and I had anxiety about the repair. Mr. Caldwell and his experts actually made the truck better than new through their expertise and state of the art equipment. My frame is now adjusted to tighter tolerances than the factory standards. It tracks perfectly. Every part that was bent was replaced with OEM parts; no half-way repairs were made. Fast forward 15 years and my truck performs as new. The paint looks stellar.
