The neighbors are pretty much quiet, the property is very well kept. The unit is actually very spacious. It’s a great starting place to stay here in Snellville."

"I had the pleasure of staying at The Views in 2022. My time there was very enjoyable. From day one, Lillian and her team, Elizabeth and Amy, provided great customer service, and ensured my stay was comfortable. These ladies were simply amazing, and a genuine joy to work with. I was impressed by the promptness of service and maintenance. The Views has great amenities like a pool, tennis court, and gym. At the very least, stop by and see Lilly and her team, they are always ready to greet you with a smile."

"Please please please do not move here!! This place has a terrible ROACH problem I was pregnant for most of my stay in this apartment I left when I was 8 months pregnant. I had roaches that were crawling in my baby items, his stroller box, I had a roach crawl in my food while I was eating it. I was in bed one night when I felt something on my leg and it was a roach in my BED!! They were all in my pantry in my cereal boxes my cabinets, under my microwave, behind my couch and even in my toaster. I begged the leasing office to let me out of my lease as I was heavily pregnant and I was scared about the roaches getting in my baby items. The manager told me she couldn’t let me out my lease or she would have to do the same for everyone else. She also accused me of being the reason I had roaches even though I’d never had a roach problem before I moved in. I called multiple times for the exterminator and each time they came the roaches just showed up more and more. I was killing anywhere from 10-15 roaches daily. The manager was very rude and uncaring she came to my apartment briefly and said she didn’t see any roach basically acting as if I was delusional even though I had photos and videos of all the roaches. When my lease finally ended and I had to leave at 8 month pregnant I had to toss so much food and clothes and furniture. I had to wipe down and wash everything I had just to get rid of the roaches and make sure I didn’t take any with me. This apartment complex has left me with severe trauma and anxiety. I’m at my new Apartment now and even though it’s roach free I am always anxious and worried that any little thing is a roach. I contemplated for a while leaving this review or just letting it go but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through so I felt compelled to come back and leave this review. I also had multiple neighbors who kept moving because of either the roaches or mold in their apartment."

"Please do not move here!!! The roaches, mold and bugs will eat you alive at night. You’re paying for pest control and they never come. The leasing office looks amazing on the inside, but please don’t think the units will be the same way because they won’t. This complex has been sold numerous of times. They have no cameras throughout the complex but at the leasing office for their own sake but leave their tenants responsible for car break ins, etc. They will not work with you. They only care about your money!!! Your rent rate will go up without notice!! Please be smart. I’m trying to save someone from how I was did!! They will mess you over in the end!! Be wise"
