"It was a nice train ride. The people were very friendly and nice. Food was a little pricey. The kids got to make a wish list on the way to the North Pole and showed it to Santa, then mailed it at the gift store. We saw live reindeer and had a great time being with family."

"Beautiful tour, great staff - It's a lovely place to visit anytime of year. However, I feel it's even better when it's Fall and you can see the leaves changing. I have been here twice, both times in October, and I have had an absolutely amazing experience. This is a place you should visit at least once in your life."

"If you are a rail fan, it’s a must-do. There are fairly comfortable inside seating train cars. You can also sit (and stand) in the outside car, with wooden seats and open air walls. The ride is a bit rougher here, but the open air makes for great views. The depot has lots of memorabilia (much more than I could take in) and the snack bar in the depot and on the train has very reasonable prices. The trip takes about forty minutes and then the engine re-attaches to the opposite side of the train for the return trip. If you want to ride in the open air car, you should probably do this on the first portion of the trip (you’ll be in the back of the train). If you choose this car in the return, you’ll be right behind the engine and it is noisier and the diesel is more evident in the air."
