"Affordable joint leases are also a rarity in Boone - Kudos them for providing them and filling that critical niche, rather than opting for individual leases/by-the-bedroom/per-person rent like everyone else in town. Without that option, returning to Boone would have been MUCH more difficult for me. My unit is of good quality and condition, the only issue I've found is that the toilets clog easily. I have noticed a bit of a lax pace on maintenance request. Rent is much more reasonable than other places in town, and I hope it stays that way."

"I LOVED my studio on Huffman hill. It was by far the best location and bang for your buck. Jim and maintenance are very professional and super helpful. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner into my educational experience. I was super lucky to have rented with them for 6 months before I graduated. Finding a subtenant was super easy because the location and affordability was so desirable and the lease transfer was an easy process. I would recommend them to everyone in Boone as the landlords are just local people trying to make a living and do their best too!"
