"Daughter lives here. So far she's come home to find her door open in the middle of the day (the 'smart' lock was not working) and now seems like Management can't do basic math and compare the number of actual parking spaces they have vs the number of parking passes they have assigned. So now they have removed ALL visitor parking. My daughter came home yesterday from work and there was no place to park. When she spoke with Management they suggested she park in one of the handicap spots since 'no one used them'."
"This is the only place I would live in Boone outside of owning a home. GREAT management and staff, as reasonably priced for what Boone housing is, clean and very well laid out. Only thing that I could complain about is a major lack of planning when it come to parking. My advice, pay the extra for a garage, it’s 100% worth it."
"I was one of the first people to lease with Skyline Terrace before my unit was even built. The ladies in the office here (Liz and Abby) work so hard to ensure that everyone's needs are met. They really deserve more credit and appreciation for all of the rude tenants they have to deal with on a daily basis. The staff here genuinely cares about listening to your concerns and mitigating any issues. For example, maintenance will fill your online request in 24 hours or less. In addition to the awesome staff at Skyline, the closets and deck are roomy, the appliances are really nice, there is a free gym on site, and pets are allowed. What more could you want in an apartment? Overall, it's a great place to live and environment to be in!"
"Best apartments in Boone! Pet friendly, self-serve dog wash, free laundry, and on site gym. Maintenance is an amazing bonus and will take care of any issues or questions you have in less than 24 hours, and keeps the complex clean. They know most all tenants (and pets) by name and do all they can to please their residents!"
"Great place to live! On site maintenance is a huge benefit, whenever I have an issue it’s always fixed within 24 hours of me calling. Friendly staff and overall good community to live in especially if you have pets! Super nice on the inside as well, definitely the best apartment I’ve lived in while in Boone."
