"I thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The maintenance staff fixed everything the same day that I reported any issues. Preston is a great manager and he was always quick to respond to emails and communicate any changes happening around the facility. The gym and laundry room were always maintained well and kept clean. This is a great place to live if you are looking for a studio apartment."

"Mike is quick and efficient with maintenance while being kind and communicative. I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom, and while he was fixing it he asked if I needed anything else fixed. He ended up fixing 4 issues in my apartment within a hour. A quality maintenance manager makes this apartment worth the stay."

"I have very much enjoyed my experience so far living at Studio West. The rooms are small, but are not a problem for a single resident. The furnishings are well used, but not in bad condition, and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. The complex is very conveniently located about a mile and a half from Appalachian State, and there is a bus stop located directly in front of the complex. Overall, I am very happy with the accommodations here at Studio West, and would recommend it to anyone looking for their own living space in Boone."

"I just moved out of Studio West a few days ago after living there for a year and I miss it already! Studio West is a safe, happy, and fairly quiet place to live. It was perfect for my first solo apartment, after several years of living with roommates and needing a change. The apartments may seem small, but I felt like it was plenty of space for living alone. The location is great - not far from campus, but far enough that it's nice and quiet. Ms. Brenda was always available to help her residents with whatever they may need and was always very friendly in doing so. I don't think I've ever had her take more than an hour or two to email me back. Highly recommend living here!"
