Very thorough, very deliberate ,very knowledgeable ,he may very well have saved me a lot of money instead of rebuilding a gearbox to assume a second gear synchro issue ,instead we replaced a second gear detent with an aftermarket product that he researched, Got rid of the previous owners Ill-advised short shift kit and put in OEM shift linkage and the appropriate transmission fluid and now the Boxster shifts like it should. Very fair labor rate, would have been higher at a dealer, I couldn’t be more pleased."
