"Will not go there again as it stands. Was only only place I've had my oil changed since I bought my car. They stripped oil plug last oil change and when took it in for this oil change they said they wouldn't touch the car because they couldn't get the plug out. Now off to a real mechanic shop to either get a new plug in or replace oil pan. Needs to get better employees, Can't believe they don't back up their work... It's all on file of my oil changes... The owner of Agens can feel free to contact me."
