"They were friendly. We were there on a super busy day and they didn't have a big selection of regular bikes so they offered to upgrade to an e-bike for free. The only thing is we didn't get was a repair kit like we normally do but that was the only missing thing. This is our 6th year doing the Creeper Trail with our family. We have always gone to this shop or their other shop in town. Would recommend and do plan to return."

"Our first time on the creeper trail and also first time renting e-bikes. We had a great time! The gentleman that helped us was very kind. The shuttle was about a 30-40 min drive up to White Top. It was about 2.5 hours back down. We took our time. There were signs off the trail for the e-bike return. Honestly didn’t need the e-bikes because it’s mostly downhill or flat but we just wanted to try them out."
"My husband and I had a fabulous experience renting electric "Rad Power" mountain bikes from DBR. The staff member was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (and patient when we were delayed by rain). We decided to ride both up and down the VA Creeper Trail (40 miles total). The bikes had 4 levels of power (plus a throttle that we did not use), but we rode them on level 2 and got both a good workout and a nice level of speed, while conserving power. (We made it back with 2 bars of power out of 5!) With the fat tires we could easily bump up and down over rocky areas, puddles and the trestle bridges. So much fun, beautiful scenery and a great (but not exhausting) workout. Thank you Damascus Bike Rentals, we'll be back!"
