"Great customer service and delicious food, new at Rego Center Mall"
"If you love your life don’t go there They’re selling tainted sushi with no refunds. The sushi was slimy and messy and to know that the people of Japanese culture take their seafood very seriously this place is shameful. I know it’s take out but you can’t serve smelly slimy sushi and say it’s fresh. I asked for a refund but the made me a new one instead and It was still slimy and this order even smelled funny. The photo is of the crunch tuna & I have never seen it look like that in my life. Theirs a lovely Japanese restaurant up the road going towards QCM and you can order take out from there. BEWARE OF TERIYAKI 1."
"The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: So, this place moves as a fast food restaurant, but improved. You can see it and sense it. They are pretty organized. I like the fact that they know the cultural diversity the area has. Their background music is diverse, for different ethnicities. Service: I think service is the only reason why this review has 4 stars. However, I don't want to make it seem like service was terrible. I just couldn't hear the cashier because of her mask and some language barrier. The volume of the music could have also been a factor when I tried to listen to her. Besides that, everything was good. Food: So far, I have tried the chicken teriyaki, dumplings, salmon sushi roll, crab sushi roll, salmon bowl, and spring rolls. I like all of them, but I really like the bowls and a few of their sushi rolls. Price: Honestly, their prices are fair. Most importantly, the quality and flavors do compensate their prices."
