"The owner of this establishment has a horrible attitude and was very disrespectful to my wife and I. He charged an extra $1700 thinking we wouldn’t notice it and got very ugly when we realized it. He also would not provide a breakdown of price and service fees. He said he can charge what he wants to charge to keep his doors open. Wow. Very unethical. I suggest no one go here unless you want to be over charged by Will and his team. The other workers don’t seem to be bad ppl but they know Will is a scam and they seem scared to speak out against him. Customer service 0/10 , professionalism 0/10 , prices EXTREMELY unreasonable. I hope to never meet a guy like Will again when I’m in need of a car repair."
