"I live 2 minutes away from this location and drive by this place everyday. I called and got a quote from the lady that answered. Told me it would be $75 to get tire monitor fixed on 1 tire. Decided to take it to them seeing how Mavis Discount Tire was charging me the same amount and I wanted to give them a chance since its more convenient for me. I called the day before dropping off to schedule and told me i can drop it off at 830am the next day because they have that day completely free. I got to mike's at 830am and door was locked. A guy in a pick up truck that was also waiting said "they should be here any minute now". The door said they were open at 8am. I left the keys in my vehicle so when they finally arrive, they can service my car. 1 hour 30 min later i called to get an update and the lady that answered told me they havent got a chance to work on my car yet but will get to it immediately. 5 hours later i appeared at Mike's to pick up my car, assuming that my car was already done since job only takes about 45 min and to my surprise, my car was still sitting at the same spot i had left it at 830am. Went in and got my keys. Never going back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone."
