"Went to have brakes inspected and estimate to get replaced. I think the price included me purchasing the building!!! I decided to get another opinion somewhere else. They told me my vehicle had to be “buttoned up” and I’d be all set. They charged ½ hr for the inspection, which was fine. Not long after, I attempt to put my snow tires on myself. I get to the right front tire and 3 out of the 5 lugs were so tight it stripped the studs and had to be professionally removed!!! I was the last to take off this tire before taking it here. And I do it by hand. So I guess the policy is if you decide to not get the work done there, they proceed to waaaay over torque your lugs as a “thanks for coming “ gift!! Never again!! And I will tell everyone I know! As well as the radio show on WSYR on Saturdays."
