"I took my car in last week for a tune up/ oil change 2 days later on my road trip to Philly I noticed my car was over heating and making a ticking noise , witch is not normal since my car is a 2021 dodge durango , I stopped at a different mechanic and they said my engine had no oil in it what so ever , when I called JT car care HE TOLD ME I WAS A MORON AND THAT MY BUSNIESS IS NO GOOD ?????? Do not go to these crooks !"

"They complete took advantage of my father who's 69 years old. He went in for his control arm and somehow ended up "needing a new alternator and compressor" and my dad agreed trusting them but none of that was bad!!!! I cannot belive this."

"Because I am an older woman on social security, and only one behicle I have to pick what Garage I take my vehicle to for repairs, I was told I wasn't welcome to go to their place of business just to get my oil change ad they have to be able to make money. I thought I lived in America and had the right to choose who I do business with. They seem to only want to do big money repairs. I would not recommend them"
