"I come to this car wash simply out of convenience. Many times I've gone through and the car wash doesn't even put any soap on my car I contact them to get my money back and they don't do it. When it was Dougs they did this no questions asked. It doesn't wash your vehicle well. There reponse to this is to spend more money and prewash by hand before driving through. Spoke to the owner and I was accused of lying about it. He said he could look it up on video and it was a good wash with soap. He told me to stop going there which is fine with me."

"I recently brought my fathers boat to clean and was unfamiliar with the spray booth. I never stopped the meter after washing the boat. I got a charge of 33 dollars and only wanted to be charged 5dollars. When I called the ownerThad and mentioned what happened he informed me that you need to stop the timer. He reimbursed me the money I was charged. I thought that was great. Great place and great service. Thanks Thad."

"This is hands down the best car wash I've been to not only in New York but the country. I travel a ton and am meticulous about using car washes, so I happen to know what I am saying. My car was bone dry upon leaving and the super high-powered water jets left no soap behind on my car. Even their customer service is friendly and immediately responsive as they answered right away when I called them to commend their car wash. If you live near here (which I don't) I highly recommend it.."
