"Awful place with con artists. Totaled my car they stole all my property including tools, my wallet , gift certificate so on . Lied and said there was no property in the car and stole my car. Refused to submit the tow bill to insurance company . They suck. Awful service con artists. Be better off watching YouTube than ever bringing your vehicle to them or getting towed by them"
"Good customer service. Really helped me out when I was in a tough spot! Blown tire, stuck in rt 3. Thanks!"
"This place is run by completely incompetent people. For starters, when diagnosing a check engine light they told the customer that it was due to a bad sensor, and didn’t replace the sensor, but also didn’t mention when they had a scan tool hooked up to the car that it had misfire codes for 3 out of the 4 cylinders… doesn’t take much common sense to read that and say “hey somethings wrong here”. They also told a customer that it would cost $2500-$3000 for a new muffler? Not sure if they meant exhaust system and just don’t know what they’re talking about, or if they seriously think they can over charge someone that much for a simple 20 minute replacement of a part that costs maybe $100 tops simply because the customer is a woman. Also when told that a qualified person worked on the car previously, they said that “that person shouldn’t ever be allowed to touch a car they don’t know what they’re doing or talking about” just because I’m 19 means I don’t know what I’m doing and deserve to be belittled by some front desk worker. I’ve attended college for 2 years for motorsports technology (working on race cars far more complex than what they’re used to dealing with) and have spent 8+ years working on everything from bikes to busses, as my job might I add. This place is a complete scam, not worth anyone’s hard earned money, and is operated by completely useless people."
"It was terrible. We were broke down in New York and they towed it. Once they found out we didn't have a choice but to get it soon as possible they charged us $1000 for the tow. The front office lady told us no credit cards th en she switched her mind the other day. The shop has tools all over the floor and the mechanics look like drugs are more important then there jobs. We are telling everybody we can we have that much anger towards this place."
"My motorcycle was towed here and not only did they damage my paint on my motorcycle but they also charged me for 3 days of storage even though the vehicle wasn’t even there for 48 hours and they weren’t even open when it was there. Fair warning they are a small town shop that is desperate for money and will do whatever it takes to get it. They will be taken to small claims court and I will AT LEAST have my paint corrected."
