"Keep in mind that the merchandise really doesn't make the store. They are all cookie-cutter stores. For me, it's the salespeople. The Freeport store has a nice young man who is quite helpful making my shopping easier."

"Went to this store to do in store pickup because online it says that all the items I wanted were in stock here. Out of the 6 items they only had one and wanted to give me a different but similar product to another one I wanted because that is all they had in store the rest of my order was not in stock. They said that just because it’s says in stock online does not mean they actually have it because they don’t feel like updating their inventory on weekdays to let corporate know. I went 30 minutes of my way to to purchase items my kids wanted and now I have to go home with one item because this store doesn’t like updating their inventory."
