"I know ppl alot is said about this place but i live close to the garage n have never been there before but recently stopped by and had asked a few questions about my vehicle and Timmy(bethel) gave me a few pointers that of what i would need to complete before my truck would be right after a few days- week went by i had accomplished success and had called my normal garage that I had an appointment with to see if I could get in and they said no! And gave me a snotty attitude with nothing left I had called bethels garage in norfolk and I had explain to him about my normal garage, and then turning me away and asked if any way he could take me in ASAP he hesitated, but after a few seconds of me, begging him and alerting him that I was the same man that I talk to him previously and about the vehicle and what he had told me, he said, yeah, come on in buddy! And the service was great and very quick and if you can get in, I recommend him to many others he and his staff were very polite and helpful and very willing to help even without being paid. Like I said, I randomly stopped in and ask a few questions of what the problem could have been with my vehicle because I had been working on it for weeks. and he kindly steered me in the right direction with many helpful tricks."
