"The decor is beautiful, very clean, and it's an upscale yet affordable noodle shop. We ordered beef noodles, TW style dry noodles, boiled tofu, blanched greens, popcorn chicken, and brown sugar milk with boba. The blanched greens vegetable instantly transported me back to the street vendors near my home in Taiwan; it's incredibly Taiwanese and delicious! The savory meat sauce on the greens is authentically Taiwanese! The popcorn chicken reflects the freshness of the meat; it's the kind of traditional crispy skin I enjoy. Boiled tofu has a soft texture but is not what I imagined as typical boiled tofu. Highly recommended is the TW style dry noodles; it's the best dry noodles I've ever had! The aroma upon tasting is delightful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the vinegar in the sauce is appetizing, making it irresistibly delicious. The beef noodle soup has a mildly spicy flavor, and the beef is tender, providing a refreshing and non-greasy sensation. Combined with the homemade spicy sauce at the venue, the garlic flavor is rich, and the spiciness is mild, not overpowering. It's so good that you'd want to take some home. The brown sugar milk with boba disappeared before I could take a photo; I believe it's a must-try beverage, to the point that I crave it every time I pass by! Finally, we took away a bowl of pork stick soup for dinner. The soup is filled with abundant vegetable ingredients, and the pork stick itself is substantial, likely handmade, as each one looks unique. Both the soup and the pork stick carry the authentic taste of Taiwan. Overall, this is a noodle shop that can take you on a delightful journey through Taiwan!"
"Love this new open Taiwanese restaurant! Noodle and rice are real traditional Taiwanese style. They also offer different kind of noodles for customers to choose. The appetizers are so good. Price is reasonable. Staffs are super friendly. Will come back regularly! Recommendation: pork stick noodle soup, barbecue sauce dry noodle, Chinese watercress, boil tofu, and braised minced pork over rice (it’s a bit dry, not enough sauce but still yum)"
"So Taiwan !! Most of noodle shop serves their dishes with heavy taste, salty + spicy , but noodle lab serves light taste food, like those healthier dishes. Yet, tasty not bland at all . You could still enjoy the umami in your soup . That most restaurant in Taiwan trying to do. Staff are attentive and alert. Setting is very clean ."
"Super cute place with very nice vibes and staff. The food was delicious and very affordable. We had the sticky rice, beef noodle soup and pork chop soup. The beef noodle soup broth and beef was amazing. Will be back for sure!"
