"I had a 50hr. maintenance scheduled for 4/6/20. There service man arrived on schedule, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do step by step. From the beginning I knew this man was a professional just by his attitude and concern . When the work was completed the work area was spotless, all used cartons and wrappers removed. My tractor was inspected for any other possible issues (none were found) and tested to be sure there were no leaks.
