"My girlfriend ordered balloons for my son's 10th birthday and they delivered today but one started going flat. I had to rush in before they closed and explained the situation. The lady there helped me out and didn't even charge me for the balloon. Great customer service. Didn't catch a name but it was on 9/20/23 at around 645pm."

"I frequent this location a lot. It is consistently clean. The staff is usually friendly. My only complaint is with the ballon station. (The system and NOT the staff) It would help the staff and customers if there was a better system that allowed people to know which balloons are in stock and where the ballon is located. I will say the staff was helpful in supplying suggestions for my event. I discovered a ballon set I didn't know existed!"
"I normally only come here for Halloween costumes for my kids, and during that time if you dont come early they run out of sizes and the wait for costumes is crazy. Only have one restroom so I have my kids try their costumes on over their clothes outside the door to save time. Go early!"
