"Order went smooth but I didn't receive the mild wings i ordered instead they gave me super hot ones we could not even eat. I called to advise the location manager and was told that was the way the order was placed yet I have no proof of that??? It was today at 5:20 PM at the Kingston NY location. I am very upset about this we brought them home 20 miles away after a day of shopping. also the celery sticks were BROWN and rotten on the end???"

"Went out to dinner with my brother and his girlfriend and we had an awesome time! Customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu. They have so many different types of toppings for your wings either regular or boneless which is my favorite! I'll definitely be back again"

"New York New York!!! For the 5th consecutive time I've been completely disappointed by going to any of your restaurants except for pizza hut in Montgomery on Neelytown rd this time I stopped to get wings Now how could they mess this up??? They were over cooked sauced down like crazy I guess to soften them up which didn't work I could hardly break into the surface of the chicken the flavors I got were ok and the drinks I got were ok but now I know to (bmof&d) bring my own food and drinks next time I'm in the state of NY."

"We stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch on a weekday in July 2023. We waited at the front desk for quite a while.Finally the bar tender came over and sat us. A little bit later we met our server at our table. At first everyone seemed kind of cold and unfriendly. But as time went on, our server warmed up and was much friendlier. We had lunch specials which were pretty good and reasonably priced in todays market. As I said, the food was pretty good. Our server got better and better as we were there. So it's safe to say that she was quite attentive. We didn't have dessert since we were full. This BWW seemed smaller than most we have been in. Although it may just seem that way. The building seemed clean, although I didn't look all that close. So all in all, it was a decent lunch and a decent price. I didn't expect it when we stood in the entrance waiting for someone to come out. But things did work out."
