"I can't believe this miserable excuse for a hotel. Mettaton's Resort is a total sham! I booked a room for three days and I was promised a luxurious, 5-star experience. What I got was a dingy, cramped room in a dingy, run-down building. The food was barely edible and the staff was either incompetent or just plain mean. It was the worst vacation of my life. If I could I would give this place 0 stars."
