"During my visit I upgraded my cell phone. I purchased a screen protector for my new phone. The store rep put the new screen protector on my phone for me, he seemed to be in a hurry and my screen protector wasn't properly installed. Screen protector are seldomly reusable so I went to Walmart and purchased another screen protector. Also, after I left the store I received a phone call. Apparently the store rep didn't factory reset my phone. I called the store back and I didn't get an answer. So I have no idea if my trade was reset. With that being said that leaves a concern for there is important and private info on my phone. I’m still waiting for a phone call back."

"Went to buy my wife a Samsung phone, made purchase and a employee started to set up phone. It wouldn't make,receive calls or texts. She said that Att was upgrading their Sims and it would work the following day. It didn't, I went back to the store and she recognized me and said immediately that it needed Sims card,, now the first day I was there I said how come you didn't put Sims card from old phone in? She said it's not done like that anymore, we use your Google account.. now the phone works after she put new Sims card in in which she should have done the first day after purchasing.. my wife wakes up the following day and she is locked out of her phone.. day 3 we go back again and I speak to this young guy who tells me that if I can't remember wife's password that phone is basically garbage..and since I bought this phone from att store just 2days ago there is no refund, and that I had to deal with Samsung itself. Today june21 I was in Elmira NY and seen an att store and stopped in.. within minutes my issues were resolved. Hey Olean Att, you should go to Elmira NY Att store and sit at their feet and learn especially the young man who didn't want to help us... So long story short, avoid att store Olean and go down the street to Walmart and set up your own phone.. I waisted time and 50 minutes of travel each way to a store that doesn't want to work with people."
