"Was told Thursday my car was next in line, called Friday for them to tell me the person working in my car was working on mine and another car at the same time. Had to go all weekend without a car. They call me Monday to tell me my car had been driven and everything was fine and I could pick it up. I left work to pick it up, when I got her my car wasn’t here, they told me it was out been driven to make sure everything was ok with it when I was already told that had been done. They finally got the driver on the phone and he said he was 10 minutes out. They need better communication so this doesn’t happen to another customer. Everyone is pointing the finger but it’s been 15 minutes and I’m still waiting on my car."

And an impressive shop(surely the largest In area) . Coming from a bmw employee, this is impressive and very good scale to handle a lot of volume. Recommended."
