"We bought two toy helicopters from this place for our kids, and upon opening them from the box, one was already broken and the second would not stay assembled properly. We returned to the store the next day with the toys only to be informed by them that they have a no return policy but exchange only. So we had no other choice but to exchange it for two other toy helicopters that we hoped would be better based on their display models. Five mins after opening both helicopters broke as well and as we were visiting from Canada we could not return again. Upon research of the toys we were sold they appear to be of extremely cheap quality likely bought on a web site overseas offering discounts for bulk items and zero quality."

"Toys are kinda expensive but ended up buying a few things just because the man working in the store ( Greece mall location) was so welcoming and was so nice to my son ( he has autism ) he even let him look at some toys that were behind the counter which made a huge difference in his mood . Thank you for making our experience in the store so great ! I even told him thank you for being so nice to my son ( sad but not everyone is nice to someone with disabilities)"

"My son found a remote controlled glow in the dark light up car he loved and it was the only thing he asked Santa for. However on Christmas morning it was also the only toy that didnt work!!! We returned it once and we had owner try it out to make sure it worked prior to leaving store. After we got home it worked for maybe 3 to 5 minutes. We tried to return it again and manager refused to without a receipt. I foolishly thought it would work and that was my mistake to not keep receipt. Poor management and poor customer service when all we wanted was to return the toy to get something else he liked. Instead we bought junk for $25 and have a broken toy after a return. Very disappointed."
