"The worst experience I ever had with online orders. Made order on April 24th. One week took them to send it and the delivery date were changed 3 times. Today’s May 5, on my order details it still says in transit. however, I came home at around 10pm, and guess what, found my package on the stairs case outside of the building. I live in three story apartment complex, with probably 60 apartments in total. It just insane. I have no clue how can somebody put it outside where anyone could stole it and I would never knew the package was actually delivered so at least I would go downstairs to look for it. 0 out of 0 for the service I can tell Carter’s is going down, service and quality of the clothes got way worst."

"Well as usual Carter's had a great sale! My granddaughter spotted a wooden Ice Cream Scoop set with magnets built inside the wood of the scoops which help makes them stack up! While her Mother and I purchased night gown as she is in her girly princess stage LOL! The Store Clerk was so beautiful and went above and beyond to help us and tell us about the deals even the ice cream set was a deal. Her third Birthday was looking like a winner!!! Thank you Carter's in Pittsford Plaza we had blast!"

"Nice store. It seemed very clean and neat. Prices are usually pretty good and there is always a good sale on things. If you join the rewards you get $10 off for every $100 you spend. Also can be used at OshKosh and one other store I don't recall."

"My wife was so upset because she shopped her and left one of her bags of purchases behind. She was afraid that she had lost all of that stuff. I told her to drive back up there when she got a chance and find out if the bag was in the office or something waiting for her. This happened on a Tuesday and since we live an hour away it wasn't until Friday that she got back to the store. The associates that helped her were amazing, sweet and kind about the whole thing. After verifying her receipt they made sure that she had all of the missing merchandise. She was so happy. Thank you for making her day and for providing exceptional service."
