"I wanted to try the challenge of bow hunting this year. So I went to a big box store and got one of the economical ready to hunt bow packages and got practicing. Field tips flew okay but the broadheads were all over the place. Illuminated nocks helped me see the arrows were coming out very crooked. DWS looked over and tuned the bow in a very reasonable time/cost and now the bow shoots really close groups. Newbie tip, don't shoot multiple broadheads into the same target with a tuned bow unless you want new arrows. After a couple weeks of field testing I took my first deer with a bow. I will return to DWS for any future archery needs or advice, not the big box store."

"Worst experience ever. Don’t waist your time or hard earned money at this place. Where do I start? Well first they broke my bows site when assembling the bow, and had the nerve to try and tell us we brought it to them broken but they didn’t notice it until they already assembled it. It’s clear he broke it, because the pins were straight when we dropped everything off and looked it over, and they now are all bent like a finger pressed them all down. (I’m guessing during assembly) either way, horrible customer service calling after the fact saying that we brought you something broken when you clearly broke it yourself. Then to assemble and charge for the wrong D-loop that was requested and purchased. And clam they did a full set up, when he checked nothing. He Didn’t know what the draw length was set too, or what the draw weight was. I’ll have another Bowman check this for me. But when calling elite they confirmed the weight shipped at 45lb. And magically that’s what it’s set at. This is a very dishonest place of business with poor customer services. They also refused a gift card, claiming it was over due, but in NYS it’s illegal to not honor a gift card or gift certificate when they have already taking the payment beforehand. Just a horrible place to go. And when I arrived to pick up my bow, after confirming it was ready to pick up fist thing in the morning, it was not ready, and he had to finish setting it up. Absolutely a waist of my time and money. My money and business will be going elsewhere, as well as my father-in-laws, my cousins, my uncles and my nephews. Everyone is appalled with this place now. And for good reason."
