"Brought my daughter on 7/19/22 to be sized and order tap shoes and was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called and was told a manager would call me in 2-3 hours. Once the manager returned my call I was told the shoes had shipped the day before and would arrive but the end of the week. Stopped in at the end of the week, no shoes, also no contact made. Scrambled to guess the shoe size and order myself as these were needed on 8/22. Lucked out getting a pair that would fit and 5 weeks after the original order received a phone call the shoes had arrived. I told them unfortunately I had to scramble to order myself because i was left in the dark in my order, was offered not even an apology for the inconvenience."

"First time visiting Bailey's slipper shop and it was amazing. I had so many questions, the person helping me was not only informative but she was patient, and they were great with my daughter. The individual that cashed us out was also helpful and kind."

"What a beautifully organized and displayed store! Clerk was polite and helpful. They had what I searched for at 10 other stores with no luck. Was able to pick up that day too!! Only thing I was not super impressed with was prices, they are a little bit higher than every where else. However if your in a pinch and can afford it I would be willing to bet you could get it that day. Overall I will definitely be returning for my daughter's dance needs."

"The male working here with all the ear stretchers refused to let my toddler use their bathroom (you know how young kids are!). Pretty annoying, but I'm not unreasonable, so I understand some businesses do that. But then he made a comment about my having asked to the customer he was helping, which I think is pretty darn rude. So, we will take our future business elsewhere. With the wealth of online options, I expect better service from a brick and mortar store."

"I've been going here years! Selection is great but the customer service is hit and miss. One time you'll get someone friendly and knowledgeable. Another time you'll get someone that acts like shes being forced to work there for free. (Which is very uncomfortable for all). I went yesterday and this was the case. I will be looking for another place to purchase my stuff from now on after 6+ years."
