"I sent this via FB messenger Saturday but no response: My husband and I just left there and the service and food were very disappointing. A group of 3 came in after us but got their food several minutes before us. They were even given their drinks several minutes before we were even asked about our food or drinks. When our food did finally arrive (over 30 minutes after we ordered) my food was barely warm. Both of us felt the chicken was bland and definitely not as good as it used to be. To make matters even worse, the group of 3 were asked if they needed anything and offered refills while we were ignored. I was going to say something at the front before we left but we were just so frustrated and there was a line so we just left. From what we saw (other tables waiting a long time for food, not being served), I'm sure others will be complaining too. I doubt we will be back but I felt someone should know. I rarely complain but that was so bad I had to."

"customer service was great but that food was slap pathetic 0/10 Cherry Road location was the best location but when the Heckle location caught fire they sent them heckle workers to cherry road they messed up the kitchen. Food was cold overcooked dry stale no seasoning after asking for extra seasoning. Just terrible if it’s going to continue like this set it on fire too"

"Something has changed. Someone must be new there. Now the onion rings are spicy. Not everyone likes spicy or can eat spicy foods. If my chicken ever gets spicy I'm done. Tartar sauce was left out of order and it was paid for extra."

"The cherry road location has always been wonderful. The customer service alone is fantastic. The food is always hot and fresh. I just love their great attitude and wonderful service. The one on heckle boulevard is another story. I think someone else owns that one."

"I ordered a porkchop dinner and I did not enjoy it. I can say they did cook me two other pieces to try to satisfy me. However, I was still dissatisfied. Please make sure the grease is hot before dropping any meat in the grease."
