"This restaurant has amazing views! We booked reservations for our daughter’s 18th birthday and we were all astounded by the ambience which we wanted an intimate and memorable experience and atmosphere. The bread and oil first served was scrumptious. All the food was cooked and served to perfection. The main entrees were mouth watering! We had the tomahawk, ribeyes, lobster Mac and cheese and we had the shrimp bites. The only thing that could have been better was the services on keeping our drinks refilled other than that we had a great time and we would highly recommend this restaurant you won’t be disappointed!!!!!"
"First of all, we are from out of state. We made our reservation but I was disappointed: they charged you a $50 fee if you don’t show up. I’ve eaten at many high end places but I’ve never had to use a credit card to place a reservation. And the website indicates you can’t walk in. I had high expectations going in. The food was good and our server was nice but forgetful. It seemed like she was waiting on too many tables. We are both average height and slim but the seating felt crammed and my husband told me his chair was not the right height for the table. It was also hard to talk as there was a lot of noise. Overall good food but it didn’t meet our expectations."
"If you are looking for an amazing Uptown dining experience with fabulous views of Charlotte, Fahrenheit is the place for you. The bar area is a cool place to hang out, with plenty of drink choices and lots of TV's all around. But the tables near the bar are chill and relaxed as well for a meal. The outdoor patio is ridiculously hip, with plenty of fire pits to keep you warm no matter what the temperature outside. Overall, just a great place for a date night or to meet people to hang with. Tonight I got the Fall Salad, which was exactly as advertised. Tasty combination of arugula, candied nuts, feta, and roasted beets and sweet potatoes. The dressing, which I got on the side, lacked flavor and I didn't use any of it. I got a side order of salmon, which was cooked to perfection. It did need some more seasoning, but I guess I can understand that because it normally is served covered in sauce and I didn't want any of that. Given that there's no salt on the table, it was lacking flavor. The highlight of the evening was the Crispy Brussels. Holy moly, whatever sauce they drizzled over the perfectly fried veggies was the tastiest thing on the table. Definitely order that side dish. The bread and dipping oil was also a pleasant surprise. So much so that we ordered an extra loaf after we finished the first one. Service-wise, our waiter was attentive and amazing, overall. He had good recommendations and loved to check in with us. The gentleman who brought our drinks over from the bar was great too, happily explaining the smoked Old Fashioned my wife ordered. However, the service rating loses a star because although we ordered drinks and bread, those did not come out first. Instead my wife's appetizer did, which made for a strange dining experience. In general, Fahrenheit is a highly recommended. Great views, great environment, and amazing food. Definitely come here if you are looking for a wonderful dining experience."
"Great Atmosphere and rooftop deck area. The service was very good and very accommodating. The steaks were very good quality, but across our table most were over cooked than what we requested. The bread and oil was the star of the show."
"We had a great experience at Fahrenheit! The food was great and our server Colette was awesome. She gave us some great suggestions for our meal since it was our first time there and took time out of her busy evening to snap some photos of us on the rooftop. We will definitely be back!"
