"It was my go to for a wig. Always well stocked. This store has changed. Staff made me feel so uncomfortable. I almost tripped over the girl following me twice. She was so unhelpful as well. And then they didn’t want to let me see my wig at the register. Not to try it on… to see the color. I don’t understand why businesses treat us this way when they want our money. I legit felt like I was having a panic attack and just had to go. I purchased my small items but refused to entertain the thought of getting the wig after being hassled so much. The atmosphere was so off from being treated like a thief when I came to spend. I miss being able to browse. No customer deserves this. I try to buy local but online shopping may be where I do my purchases."

"The store has a wide variety of products available. From hair, to skin to nail products. The store is also spacious so you can take the time you need to browse the store without feeling clustered. However, they really need to add some signs to the lanes so it's easier to know where to find items you're looking for."

"My mother and I went to this store today, and I'm pleased we did. The personnel were incredibly nice, and I was able to get everything I needed. My mother also found some really cute 100 percent human hair extensions at a great cheap price. I will most certainly return here soon."
