"I walked in here for the first time ever and the manager greeted me by telling me that they were incredibly busy. He was unpacking boxes of products. He was very dismissive and extremely rude. I left so I wouldn't take any of his time. ETA: So I called the owner at his request and I was asked to remove this review. I declined since this was my experience. He apologized but told me that I walked out too fast rather than giving them a chance. Well, I wasn't exactly welcomed, so I left. This is MY personal experience."
"Got to this beauty supply store at 8:15pm and they were closed. The lady that was sitting outside told me that she had been waiting since 8pm. So I drove 30 minutes away just for them to be closed a whole hour early. No one was inside. Their hours on Google and the hours posted on their door state that they close at 9pm. A complete waste of my time."
