"Service itself is good. Team is all over the place but management keeps much too tight a leash on them. Poor communication, lack of communication, and takes lightyears for management to address anything. Was overcharged weeks ago (when their employee lied to them about my service) and I literally paid the price for her flub up instead of the company apologizing for the issue. Next stop: fraudulent activity claim :( Team: If you see this and would like to resolve it would be wonderful - Please call me! Otherwise I cannot keep waiting for your false promises. "My mom has been coming here for years because I bought her a groupon when she first moved close by. I thought I would treat myself to a facial while I was visiting and was lucky enough to find an appointment while I was there. There was no indication of the price or the time allocated for the facial I booked and so when I got to the room for the treatment, the esthetician started telling me about the add on services, so I asked how much the facial itself was going to cost-$275, which is considerably more than I usually pay for a facial. The facial was nice enough, but the price point is, in my opinion, exorbitant."
