"DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! I scheduled cold sculpting to improve my self esteem after my husband died. They are really good at the up sell, but failed keep their end of the bargain. The first session went fine( no results after 3 months). However, it was near impossible to schedule the second. I would schedule, they would cancel the appointment, they would cancel. Fed up after the 3rd cancellation, I asked for my money back. Well according to some contract, I can not get my money back. They offered other services, but why wold I ever go back. They did not fulfill their end of the contract. It's off to small claims court"

"Very disappointed and would not recommend. Long post, but please read before you spend your money. I signed up for laser hair removal in April, and I was super excited about this. The sales rep scheduled my first appointment for the end of May, and specifically said it would be easier for me to schedule future appointments after my first appointment. That turned out to be far from the truth. I went to the Durham location and the nurse/experience was just fine. So, I scheduled my next appointment where they later canceled on me. When I asked about rescheduling, the employee was not helpful and told me to call back in a few weeks. Eventually I could schedule online for July, and they cancel again. Said it was a staffing issue. At that point, I call the customer service line to inform them of this and express my concern about continuing my contract and monthly payments. Only because I was getting nervous that I’d never receive my services. She was rude. Didn’t help and said I couldn’t get out of my contract/payments. SO, I reschedule once again for the end of August. LITERALLY 2 hours before my appt they call and cancel (this time at the Raleigh location). I called the Raleigh and Durham and customer service lines multiple times for days before anyone ever picked up. They gave me a grievance number. I tell the representative all of this (plus some other small but specific details I’m leaving out of the post). She apologized and tried to schedule me for the next available time…. In November. My first appt was in May. I say I don’t want to do this anymore because clearly this isn’t working. That’s 6 months between appointments (that are supposed to be every 8-10 weeks) and let’s be real… what if they canceled that appt too. Ultimately she lets me cancel my contract/payments (so the other Rep lied when she said I couldn’t cancel my contract). She offered me like a $200-$300 store credit because they don’t offer refunds. In the end, I spent over $1200 for 1 laser hair treatment. I was nice every time and tipped the nurse well at my first appt. Literally all I wanted was to pay for laser hair removal and get the laser hair removal. I’d suggest to just go anywhere else for services."
