"It was a misunderstanding on both of our parts for the wig color I ordered then when I went to exchange a brand new wig for one on the manican it's a problem. The exchange could of been done as a one time courtesy being that I just got it and it wasn't worn or opened. So now I'm stuck with a wig I would never wear and Jimmy could careless. I will continue to shop with your competition when I'm in the Charlotte area."

"I almost used the incorrect debit card and the owner made a joke that I almost used a foodstamp card. I guess he found it funny and tried to explain but I did not. I frequently shop here but will not be returning due to his "joke". Btw, I do not get foodstamps and believe my race played a role in his "joke"."

"Soo I live right down the street from this store and I am a hairstylist so I’ve been coming a long time. I came in with my friends and a lady followed us around and thought my friend was stealing she didn’t have a bag or anything we were dressed up so we didn’t look crazy but for some reason we look like We would steal I guess but what is crazy is the guy that use to work there was way more professional and not Racist. Support them if you will but they don’t care about us...and I thought we came a long way. She knew she was wrong because as we were leaving she said sorry. Smh never again."
