Saved my CC on file without permission, then charged my account for an appointment I never had. Fraud!!! I filed a claim with my bank to dispute the charge and was told that this is not the first time they have dealt with this issue from this business. Save yourself time, money & a headache! Too many other trustworthy salons around here to waste your time at this one!"

"From start to finish I had an amazing experience. The receptionist was professional and very helpful since it was my first time here. I live 30 minutes away. By the time I was almost there it dawned on me I forgot my gift certificate at home. I panicked a little. The receptionist said no problem and she was able to look it up on the computer for me. I met with Za'Kerea who did my 90 min massage. It was a gift from Christmas that I finally called and made an appointment for. Which I had called the day before and they got me in way faster than I expected. Za'Kerea was very polite and professional. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My muscles are very tight in my upper back. This woman worked her magic and I walked out of there on cloud 9. I will most definitely be back."

"I received a gift certificate here that my bf was told would cover one 2-hour massage or two 1-hour massages. When I arrived at my first, I had to wait almost 20 minutes past the start time before a room opened up. No one checked on the client they were waiting on to leave a single time while she took that long to get dressed. Then, when trying to book my second massage, I somehow managed to be charged $43 despite the fact that I was simply trying to add a $15 add-on. And after being charged, I wasn't directed to book a date or time. I had to fight for a refund. I finally booked a second massage (with no add-on), and was charged $28 because the gift certificate somehow didn't cover that one fully. The massages were pretty good, but I definitely won't be returning here. And I'm tempted to report them to the BBB for their poor business practices."

"What an amazing experience! My fiancé and I went tonight for a couples massage and left feeling wonderful and relaxed! We had each only had one “massage” in the past which wasn’t a great experience so we were skeptical going in. Upon arrival we were greeted and treated with great customer service. Everyone was so friendly! We were asked what trouble areas we had and our therapists listened and made sure our areas of concern were addressed. We will definitely be back and will purchase the subscription! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Wonderful company, distinguished massage therapists, and an overall spectacular experience!
