"I should have read all the bad revoews and went with it. I saw urban and thought amazing! My mistake. $275 for a perfect peel that was not perfect. I peeled and saw no results. I did my own research. The peel was a superficial peel and was not meant to go deep at all. I barely had blemishes, wanted brighter skin and it still did nothing. I realized I needed a TCA peel, which is easy to apply and less expensive."

"The first time I visited, I was almost injected with the wrong dosage because they confused my name with another client’s. A bit alarming, but I went through with the process. The second time was fine, always a long wait but they prepare you. This third visit was just odd. I received about 52 texts all week reminding me of my appointment, and the cancellation requirements. Fine. I get to my appointment, on time, and they honestly let in about 7-10 people who came in after me. I was the last client in “Waiting Room 2” and 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. So, the price of the injections increased $100, and this is acceptable? I left without my injection, but I want to share my experience."
