"After reading the reviews, I’m beginning to believe this was a scam and very misleading as well. I started receiving treatments last year and everything seemed to be going well at first and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My first session seemed to go very well, but it was the next few that caused red flags for me. I stayed consistent with my appointments and even changed my diet and did intermittent fasting and still wasn’t seeing any results. With one of my treatments, they were training and had a new girl complete my session only to find out that the treatment wasn’t done correctly and the machine had been ran at the wrong temperature. Not only that, but I had stopped in during my lunch break. In the middle of my treatment, the AC went out causing the machines to be wet and I had to stop my treatment. I was told that I still had 2 more sessions left in my package and for the issue that I had to encountered with my last session, I would be granted a third session for free. Well, long story short I ended up finding out that I was pregnant after all of this chaos a month later, but wasn’t pregnant during the sessions. I reached out to the supervisor at the Charlotte location who then sent me to a lady by the name of Bonita at the Georgia location who I explained the situation to and she supposedly wrote all the info down and told me to reach back out to them after having my baby and I could either get a refund or continue my sessions. I told her that I wanted to continue my sessions and she told me to contact them after having my baby. I also requested copies of my “signed” paperwork and they told me that they don’t keep copies which isn’t very professional. Anything signed by a customer, should be kept in a record for at least 1-3 years for record purposes. I had my baby in April and have been reaching out to them since July and spoke to someone who was supposed to relay the message of my refund or continued sessions and have yet to hear from anyone. I just don’t understand the misleading information, improper training and lack of communication. These sessions were not cheap and as hardworking mother of 2, the last thing I needed was money going to waste. At this point, I have been also emailing them and still no reply so I guess it’s time to get some higher officials and attorneys involved! I would not recommend this place unless you are getting another type of treatment that’s not the Venus bliss because that’s what I was having done and I was not satisfied with it."

"The services advertised are extremely misleading. I had my service in April. I drink 64+ ozs. of water daily and walk 3-5 miles 4 -5 times a week. I have seen no changes in the area I had treated. In fact, I see results everywhere, but the treated area. I thought by working out a bit more, drinking only water and tea, and intermittent fasting I would be certain to see results. I got just the opposite for my efforts. I have been robbed of my money and my time. I will not recommend this facility or company for the services they falsely advertise."

"This place is a scam. I left a $300 deposit and they emailed me paperwork to sign. The paperwork clears them of any liability for their work. I decided not to move forward since they did not stand behind their product. After that, I got the run around every time I inquired about my refund. At this point it's been over a month. I am getting my attorney involved. Do not do business with this company."
