"I had a very upsetting experience at the wig store I purchased a wig it was supposed to be red they gave me a blackish colour and in speaking with young the owner he said I could exchange it I said I got it a week or so ago I said but I don't live in a Rock Hill area take me a while to get back he said that was fine I had the receipt w tag on it. When I got to the store the person Sharon and Mr.Young were cursing droping the F-bomb, saying I couldn't exchange it yelling. What a very horrifying experience."

"This used to be MY STORE. I decided to finally write this review because I’ve moved out the area and will never catch myself coming back here. On 3/27/23, the older Korean lady directly accused me of stealing, when I did not at all. She tells me “you know there are cameras” yes I’m well aware, because this is my store AND the giant tv that displays the cameras’ views is right above our head when she asked. I said yes? Ok? She continued to accuse me, then asked me to empty my pockets with no evidence presented, just a “hunch” I suppose. (Leave that to the cops lady, we already have enough people that act based off their poor intuition rather than hard evidence). But because I am poor with confrontation, I just laughed and started emptying my pockets, all while looking at the other girl at the counter who watched this entire encounter. Alas, no product was found. I’m thinking maybe because I am indecisive and go back and forth between products, this caught her off guard? I purposely did not gather all the potential things I wanted to buy/compare because I know this store’s MO; they are the type to follow you once you take too long or it’s not within their time limit. I thought it would be less shady to do what I did rather than get everything I wanted, but guess not. I am sorry, do you want my money or not? I am not boutta spend hard earned money based off somebody else’s time. After she realized she was wrong, she saved face, acting all apologetic, and gave me the merchandise I was going to buy for free. That would’ve bumped them to 2 stars, but boy, the cherry on top was excusing her poor behavior for being NEW. Lady, I HAVE SEEN YOU HERE BEFORE! Not only that, but I told her this is my store and I would never steal because I come back here every two weeks or so. What was she thinking? I know she isn’t new either, because why would the new person confront me of stealing vs the girl at the counter? Also, why would she know what times was busiest (I overheard this conversation of her and the girl at the counter)? Hold yourself accountable for being wrong, then maybe your retention rate would be higher if you didn’t treat your loyal customers like thieves for taking longer than usual."

"good variety but didn’t even try to hide the fact that they were following me throughout the ENTIRE store as i looked around. next time i’ll just go to tisun, at least they won’t follow two feet behind me while i look at wigs."

"It's small, but mighty. Just the right size and overstocked with different products. They have everything you could possibly need from a beauty supply store. Prices are fair and they don't play that price gouging like other small beauty supply establishments. The best part is, they are very nice and happy to assist a customer. One of my favorite places to go."

"Mr. Cherry is very nice. I prefer him and this place over Tisuns. Most people I talk to do also. I just want them to update their hours of operation on google maps. They just did an update to the store and it's so much better! The layout is great ! I always recommend this store to others."
