"I really did not enjoy my experience. My appointment was at 5:30 PM and I arrived at 5:24 PM. I was not seen until 5:55 PM. I wasn’t told that there was going to be a wait, I was not told why I was waiting, I wasn’t aware of anything. The lady that helped me was very nice but it seemed as though she was rushing. The machine seemed liked it was turned on high to where it was very painful. There were no breaks or anything just straight through laser. I have a high pain tolerance but I had to tell her to take a moment because she seemed as if she was rushing through the entire process. It really wasn’t what I was used to. i don’t think I want to go to this location."

When I called them they said I’ll have a credit of 3k on my account and I can use it whenever. Now that I’m ready to use it, the 3k is gone and they can’t do anything about it. They told me lies and then kept my money. I wouldn’t trust this company at all!"
