"It sounded like the person in charge of the store was training a new employee and they delayed in assisting me. Then I asked the manager specifically for a moisturizer and she recommended a leave in conditioner. After I told her that I already had one, she rudely told me that it’s not working for me. Customer service was poor overall expect at the end when they told us to have a nice day. Never left a sally store with such a bad taste."
