"They have an okay selection of all your basic needs, as well as a variety of kid's toys for all ages just about, and also carry seasonal items. I shop here less often since they changed their Store coupon from being able to use it during the week; to only 1-specific day use. They are exactly the same now as Dollar General with their App/Online Coupons; "On Saturday's ONLY; Save $5, when you spend $25 or more at the store." (When you present the coupon, or use your Online coupons). I think Family Dollar in my town was actually able to compete with Dollar General before they changed it. P.S.: Family Dollar, you should consider either adding an additional store coupon for during the week, like a "Save $3, when you spend $15, or "Save $4, when you spend $20, for use during the week. Or go back to being able to use it all week: "Save $5, when you spend $25 or more". You could make the coupon valid only for one specific week date, example: "Good from 09/11/2022-09/17/2022"."

"Was alright. Their long carts of freight was in my way, so i was bumping into the bags of dog food. Also, the covers to the totes had cracks in them, so had to search through a few of them to find what didnt have cracks in it."
"THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Me and my husband spent 3 hours calling them non-stop trying to talk to someone and nobody ever picked up. Finally gave up and drove to the store and they didn't carry what we were looking for. MORE UPSET THEY MADE US WASTE TIME AND GAS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!"
