"The way I have come to know this particular automotive repair shop is a bit of a long story. So, to keep this review short and to the point I will say they are amazing. Something about "family owned" businesses that exude such a comfortable and familiar feeling. They have always exceeded my expectations with service and it comes with a side of laughter and conversations about things that make you feel like you have known them for years! I can't recommend this shop enough. Wonderful people and honest service; a rarity these days. Don't hesitate to make an appointment."

"This is an excellent shop, run by two men who have an amazing depth of knowledge of Volvos new and old. I came in with a 25 year old rear drive Volvo that felt like it was about to shake itself apart. Very unnerving. Long story short, Cory and Randall fixed it. And their rates are quite reasonable too. It’s just about impossible to find mechanics who know how to fix Volvos from the 1990s! They were great communicators throughout the job. At every decision point, they told the absolute truth and had zero interest in anything other than sending me home smiling. With these men’s honestly, expertise, friendliness and thoroughness, I’m sure there are few cars (and no Volvos!) they can’t fix. Highly recommended."

"These are the guys to go to when you need your car fixed. Period. I’m from out of state and have been commuting from MA to Albany for work the last 2 years. I bought a used Volvo at the time and knew that there was going to be some work put into it as being a new owner. I’ve had a few situations where my car has needed to be fixed, sometimes work that needed to be done that day. Both Randy and Corey have been unbelievably helpful these last few years!
