"Love supporting a black owned business, and the customer service is always good. The reason for 3 stars is because of the hours of operation. This is more like a "pop-up" shop because you never know when she'll be in. There is a black owned beauty store off of exit 12 (485) that has more products, is open on time, and has friendly service. Unfortunately until she can get her hours corrected, I'll stop patronizing her which is a shame."

"Called 3 times after 12pm to ask if they still had a product in stock that I've bought here one other time, never answered the phone. Business hours are supposedly 12-7. Then I just decide to drive here anyway and I'm literally sitting in my car, it's just after 2pm no one is at this place, the door is locked, blinds shut and I'm watching other women walk up to encounter the same thing I did. How can you run a business this way?!! No sign on the door saying "out to lunch" or brb...nothing! Wasting time and gas is one of the worst things. I will never be back!"
