After doing a good bit of research, including asking friends where they got theirs and getting local competitors pricing, I chose Massage Envy in Denver, NC. It was the right choice. Front desk associate was terrific. Lori, my massage therapist, was great. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what I needed. She was also very understanding of my “first-timer” status. Bottom line is I wish I had come here sooner. I signed up for membership before leaving."

"Booked an appointment that I put on my calendar as 6:00 showed up before 6:00 only to find out they had me booked for 5:00. I missed my appointment. Got charged $125 I am a new customer 1st ever massage 2 weeks ago and was coming in to sign up with this appointment. I assumed it was my fault but after looking at my calendar, I had put 6pm on my calendar when I booked, it could’ve been a miscommunication on their end I don’t know. Either way they could’ve worked with me. I literally was rescheduling that moment. $125.00 seriously?!? My sister has had frustrations with this company and I went anyway. Ugh"
